Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the departure date, unless previously arranged with the front desk. If you anticipate arriving after office hours, please notify the front desk so that we can make special arrival arrangements for you. Due to our small size, we typically cannot accommodate an early check-in or late departure.

Transient Occupancy Tax is charged on the room rate only. There are no additional fees.

To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid credit card. Unless otherwise stated at time of reservation, we do not charge your card in advance.

Sonoma Creek Inn has a seven day cancellation policy, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation. For all reservations cancelled seven days or more before the date of arrival there is no charge. For reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival, the first night’s charge, plus tax, will be billed to your credit card on file.
Reservations made within two days of the arrival date are considered non-cancellable and will incur a one-night charge if cancelled. Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and do not check-in on the day of arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.

Group bookings and reservations during a special event or holiday period are subject to a longer cancellation policy. This will be stated on your confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact the manager about your cancellation policy. Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and reserved their guestroom as part of a group  or during a special event period are subject to a no-show charge equal to the entire stay. Sonoma Creek Inn requires a  minimum stay during certain periods of the year, special events and holiday periods. If you have reserved a guestroom during a time period with a minimum night stay and need to cancel, depart early or fail to check-in for your reservation, please know that the minimum night stay will be charged to your credit card on file.
