CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 3:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Check-out is by 12:00 p.m. on the departure date, unless previously arranged with the front desk. If you anticipate arriving after office hours, please notify the front desk so that we can make special arrival arrangements for you. Due to our small size, we typically cannot accommodate an early check-in or late departure.
OCCUPANCY AND LOCAL TAX
Transient Occupancy Tax is charged on the room rate only. There are no additional fees.
To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid credit card. Unless otherwise stated at time of reservation, we do not charge your card in advance.
NEW Peace of Mind Flex Cancellation Policy
Enjoy Peace of Mind with 72-Hour Flex Cancellation
In light of recent events, our new Peace of Mind 72-hour Flex Cancellation Policy allows you to book with confidence and enjoy no cancellation fees or upfront charges on reservations through July 31, 2020. If your plans change, simply call us at least 72-hours in advance of arrival and we will cancel your reservation completely free of charge. Additionally, we do not require payment at thetime of booking- we simply ask for a credit card number to keep on file. Guests canceling within 72-hours of arrival will be charged for a one-night stay, plus tax.
For Reservations after July 31, 2020
Sonoma Creek Inn has a seven day cancellation policy, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation. For all reservations cancelled seven days or more before the date of arrival there is no charge. For reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival, the first night’s charge, plus tax, will be billed to your credit card on file.
Reservations made within two days of the arrival date are considered non-cancellable and will incur a one-night charge if cancelled. Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and do not check-in on the day of arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.
GROUP, HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT PERIODS
Group bookings and reservations during a special event or holiday period are subject to a longer cancellation policy. This will be stated on your confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact the manager about your cancellation policy. Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and reserved their guestroom as part of a group or during a special event period are subject to a no-show charge equal to the entire stay. Sonoma Creek Inn requires a minimum stay during certain periods of the year, special events and holiday periods. If you have reserved a guestroom during a time period with a minimum night stay and need to cancel, depart early or fail to check-in for your reservation, please know that the minimum night stay will be charged to your credit card on file.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED
Guests will be required to present a valid identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation as well as the credit card used to pay for the guestroom. If someone other than the guest on the reservation will be paying the folio charges, a Credit Card Authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
Sonoma Creek Inn is 100% smoke-free. Please do not smoke in any of the guestrooms, on the patios or within 20 feet of the building. If smoking occurs, there will be a $200 ?? cleaning fee per night added to your folio. Please know we strictly enforce this policy.
Sonoma Creek Inn has several dog-friendly guestrooms. If you are interested in bringing your dog, advance reservations as well as a flat fee are required. Please click here for additional information. Guests who bring a dog to the hotel without making an advance reservation or notifying the staff will be subject to a $200 charge. If you are interested in bringing your pet, please call the hotel directly to review the policy and inquire if a pet-friendly guestroom is available during your dates of stay.
Our room rates are based on double occupancy. Many of the rooms cannot accommodate more than two guests. If there is a third guest (over the age of five) staying in the room, there will be a $25 rollaway charge. If you should need a rollaway, please contact us immediately as we have a limited number available, and we will need to confirm that your room can accommodate an additional guest.
We welcome families and children. For your comfort, please speak with the innkeeper directly to determine the best room to accommodate your family. Quiet hours must be observed after 8:30 pm for the comfort of all in the hotel. Children, ages five and under, stay at no charge. If you need a crib, please request one in advance as we have a limited number available.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Guests who need to check-out earlier than expected from the hotel will be subject to a $25 early departure fee. Guests that initially reserved more than one night due to a required minimum-night stay will be charged the full amount of each night required.
Burning candles is not allowed due to the potential fire hazard. Please do not light a candle in your guestroom. If lit, you will be liable for the entire amount of damage.
CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD POLICY
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the full amount of your stay, and a valid ID is required. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
If paying with cash, payment for the entire stay is due at check-in, along with a valid ID and credit card.
